PreviewsAlthough short on numbers, there is plenty of quality on show for the track's showpiece Group 1, as last year's Prix du Jockey Club winner MISHRIFF comes up against 2021 champion St Mark's Basilica. That Chantilly success for the latter brought up a Classic double for Aidan O'Brien's Siyouni colt, following his earlier triumph at Longchamp in the French 2000 Guineas. However, preference is for the versatile Mishriff, who backed up a victory in the Saudi Cup when flying home late to pinch the Dubai Sheema Classic at Meydan in March. John and Thady Gosden's all-conquering four-year-old now has the perfect opportunity to advertise his talents in front of a home crowd. The globetrotting Addeybb arrives here on the back of defending his Queen Elizabeth Stakes crown at Randwick in April and having now won three of his last four, is more than capable of getting involved at the finish.
