PreviewsA very competitive renewal of this contest but the marginal preference is for GOLDEN HORDE, who did not appear to relish the extra half a furlong when fifth in the Prix Maurice de Gheest last time. Despite this the son of Lethal Force was not beaten far at all on that occasion and he had previously beaten many of these when filling third place in the July Cup. A flat 6f on soft ground should be perfect for him and he should not be underestimated today. Last year's winner Hello Youmzain beat the selection at Deauville and he is an obvious threat this afternoon. Dream Of Dreams was an impressive winner of the Hungerford Stakes over 7f last time but he may find one or two too good in this contest. Others to consider are Lope Y Fernandez and Tabdeed.
