PreviewsTELMESOMETHINGGIRL was an impressive winner of the Dawn Run at last year's Festival and her whole season has been mapped out towards this race. She looked in need of her first run at Punchestown before taking a big step forward when third at Leopardstown over Christmas. The seven-year-old was beaten a length and a quarter, but she was giving the winner, Royal Kahala, 5lb and the runner-up, Heaven Help Us, 8lb, which makes her performance all the more notable, especially at a time when the yard weren't firing on all cyclinders. Stormy Ireland won the Relkeel here on New Year's Day and is the mount of Paul Townend, who chose her over 2020 Triumph Hurdle heroine Burning Victory and Echoes In Rain. The daughter of Motivator also landed a Grade 1 against her own sex at Punchestown in May and warrants plenty of consideration. Queens Brook produced her best effort over hurdles when chasing home Burning Victory at Punchestown last month. There is every chance that form could be reversed as the winner was allowed to dictate proceedings from the front and it remains to be seen how her jumping stands up in a stronger race. Others to note include the aforementioned Heaven Help Us and Mrs Milner, both of whom landed a handicap at the Festival last season.

Has looked top-class so far and this distance is ideal.
